About us
The Language Access Hub
Elevating Communication
At The Language Access Hub, we believe that language should never be a barrier to understanding. We are a minority women-owned business founded by two Colombian professionals, Melissa Eraso and Angela Staffaroni, who share a passion for connecting people beyond words.
Our company was built on years of experience in court interpreting, language access coordination, and project management. Together, we bring the precision of engineering, the ethics of interpretation, and the heart of service to every client we serve.
Melissa Eraso
Melissa Eraso is a Certified Spanish Court Interpreter with extensive experience across Pennsylvania’s judicial system. She holds a bachelors degree in Philology and Linguistics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation English<>Spanish from La Sale University.
Before co-founding The Language Access Hub, she served as a Spanish Staff Interpreter Language Access Coordinator for Bucks County Courts, where she developed interpreter protocols, training programs, and multilingual access initiatives that improved communication across departments.
Her background combines linguistic expertise, cultural awareness, and operational insight.
Melissa’s passion lies in ensuring that every person—regardless of language—can be heard, understood, and treated with respect.
Angela Staffaroni
Angela Staffaroni is an Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in project management, specializing in security and access systems for a leading multinational company in Colombia. She later co-founded Top Antigua, an NGO in Guatemala dedicated to empowering youth by helping them discover and develop their athletic talents—many of whom went on to compete in major events and championships. Before becoming an interpreter coordinator, Angie also supported new community members by providing guidance, resources, and seamless access to local networks.
Her experience includes overseeing complex scheduling systems, streamlining administrative workflows, and managing interpreter teams for public and private institutions.
Angie brings the structure, organization, and efficiency that make The Language Access Hub a reliable partner for large-scale coordination and event support. Her analytical skills and dedication to quality control help ensure that every encounter is handled with precision and care.
Together
Melissa and Angie combine their strengths to create a hub that values both people and process. Their shared vision is to make communication accurate, accessible, and human — honoring the cultures and languages that shape every story.
At The Language Access Hub, we don’t just translate words.
We bridge cultures, build trust, and elevate communication.
